Mail-In Service

Kayitech offers a range of services including 'Mail In Service' for customers who are unable to come in store giving you a quick and convenient access to getting your device repaired as soon as possible. (Currently, this service is only available for customers within Australia). Additionally we will include a FREE Tempered Glass Screen Protector (for each Mail In Repair)to prevent your device's screen from cracking next time!

 

This service is available for all* Phone repairs including: iPhone, iPod, Samsung, HTC, Sony Xperia, Google Nexus, Nokia and Huawei devices.

 

In order to use this service, please refer to the information shown below.

How to use 'Mail In Service'

 

  1. Complete the form on the right filling all the fields required and press SUBMIT. Please check your email to verify a confirmation email has been sent and print the email out. If there is any physical damage present please also take a photo of the damage (in the 'Upload Photo Here' of the form).
     

  2. Remove the sim-card and backup the device if it is still in working conditon.Package and seal your device carefully with the email form attached in a postal box (recommended with bubble wrap)*







     

  3. Send the contents to our address below preferably using Registered Post or Courier Delivery with Signature Delivery:

  4. Upon receival of the package, we will contact you to inspect the device and proceed for repair.
     

  5. After completion of the repair, we will contact you again to arrange payment.  (We accept Paypal, Direct Bank Deposit, and more coming soon)
     

  6. When the payment is received, we will dispatch the item back to you free of charge (using AusPost Registered Post). Alternatively, Express Postage (one-day delivery)* is  avaiable for an additional $10 with an invoice if required


     

  7. A tracking number will be provided to check the status of the delivery or if Express postage is chosen, the package should be received within one day of posting out. (*Please check here to determine whether your location is within the national network for one-day delivery).
